# See what is using your mailbox space

> Use the Reports icon to check your own mailbox usage, or Domain Reports and Domain Settings to check every user as an admin.

Open the **Reports** icon (bar chart) to see what is filling your own mailbox, or as a domain admin, use **Domain Reports** and **Domain Settings** to check every user.

## Check your own usage

1. [Log in to webmail](/log-in/) and click the **Reports** icon in the top bar.
2. On **Overview**, look at the **Disk Usage** donut, for example "110.3 KB of 4.9 GB used". It splits into **Mailbox Usage** (**Inbox**, **Sent Items**, **Deleted Items**), **File Storage Usage** and **Team Workspace Usage**. The **Disk Usage** total includes all three.

3. Set **Start** and **End** dates to change the period.
4. The left nav also has **Disk Usage**, **Inbound Spam**, **Inbound Messages**, **Outbound Messages** and **Viruses Caught**, useful when checking spam questions.

## Check usage for the whole domain

1. As domain admin, click the **Domain Reports** icon for domain-wide **Disk Usage**, **Inbound Messages**, **Outbound Messages**, **Inbound Spam**, **Throttled Messages** and more.
2. For a per-user figure, click **Domain Settings**, then **Accounts**. Each row shows a **Disk Usage** column, for example "110.3 KB / 4.9 GB (0%)".
   
3. If a figure looks wrong, select the user, open the **...** menu and click **Recalculate Disk Usage**. See [Change display name and mailbox quota](/edit-mailbox/) to change a user's quota instead.

## Common issues

### My disk usage still looks high after deleting old mail.

Ask your domain admin to open the ... menu on your account and click Recalculate Disk Usage.

### Does File Storage count toward my mailbox quota?

Yes. The Disk Usage total includes Mailbox Usage, File Storage Usage and Team Workspace Usage. See Store files online with File Storage (/file-storage/).

### Where do I check spam numbers instead of storage?

The same Reports and Domain Reports screens have Inbound Spam in the left nav. If a regular supplier keeps landing in spam, see Trust a customer's or supplier's domain (/domain-trusted-senders/).
