# Add public holidays or an outside calendar

> Subscribe to a calendar link so public holidays or a supplier's schedule can show alongside your own Office Niaga Mail calendar.

To show public holidays or another outside calendar in Office Niaga Mail, open **Calendar**, click **Actions** (**...**) and choose **Subscribe to Calendar**, then paste the calendar link.

## Subscribe to a calendar link

1. [Log in to webmail](/log-in/) and click the **Calendar** icon in the top bar.
2. Click **Actions** (the **...** button in the toolbar, to the right of **New**) and choose **Subscribe to Calendar**. The same option is also in the calendar folder menu, next to **New Folder** and **New Category**.

3. Paste the calendar link (for example a public holidays feed or a calendar a supplier has shared with you) and confirm.

4. Check your **Calendar** views, such as **Month** or **Agenda**, for the new events. In the left pane, the eye icon next to each calendar shows or hides it.

If you only have an .ics file rather than a link, you can copy its events once instead with **Import ICS File** in the same **Actions** menu, as shown in [Sync your calendar with Outlook](/calendar-outlook/).

## Common issues

### What is the difference between Subscribe to Calendar and Import ICS File?

Subscribe to Calendar uses a calendar link (URL) that someone publishes online. Import ICS File copies the events from an .ics file you already have into your calendar once.

### Is this the same as showing my calendar in Outlook or on my phone?

No. This brings an outside calendar into Office Niaga Mail. To send your Office Niaga calendar out to other apps, see Sync your calendar with Outlook (/calendar-outlook/) or Sync your calendar with iPhone and Android (/calendar-mobile/).
