How government agencies buy Google Workspace, including ePerolehan

You can buy Google Workspace from Office Niaga by direct purchase, by quotation, or by tender through ePerolehan. Your agency’s own procurement rules decide which route applies, and your finance unit makes that call. We work with all three.

Prepare these for any route

  • Google Workspace edition you want
  • Your domain name (for example, agency.gov.my)
  • Billing period
  • Budget approval from your finance unit

Direct purchase

Use this when your finance unit allows a direct order.

  1. Send us your user count, edition, domain and billing period.
  2. We send a quotation.
  3. Issue your purchase order and we set up the account.

Use this when your rules need quotations from more than one supplier.

  1. Ask us for a formal quotation.
  2. Include our MOF registration and Kod Bidang details in your comparison. See MOF registration and Kod Bidang.
  3. After approval, issue your LO or PO.

Tender through ePerolehan

Use this when your agency runs a tender.

  1. Publish the tender in ePerolehan with the right ICT field codes. Codes 210101 to 210202 typically apply to Google Workspace.
  2. Ask us for our latest MOF certificate for your tender documents. See Request our MOF certificate.
  3. We bid on the tender through ePerolehan, and can supply our Google authorisation letter, company profile and bank details with the offer.

Common issues

Which procurement route must our agency use?

That depends on your agency's own procurement rules. Your finance unit decides the route. We support direct purchase, quotation and tender through ePerolehan.

Can you send a quotation and your MOF certificate?

Yes. We can supply a quotation and our latest MOF certificate for any of the three routes. Request them through our quote form or WhatsApp.
