Both pages are under your personal Settings, not Domain Settings, so each staff member sets their own. If you manage several mailboxes, a domain admin can set the default new-mailbox time zone from Set default settings for every new mailbox. If calendar times still look off after this, check Add public holidays or an outside calendar or Sync your calendar with Outlook.

Common issues
Why do meeting times or email timestamps look wrong?
Check your Time Zone under Settings > Account. If it does not match where you are, for example (UTC+08:00) Kuala Lumpur, Singapore for Malaysia, change it and click Save.
What does Business Hours do?
It records a start and end time for each day, Sunday to Saturday, under Settings > Calendar Settings. We have not confirmed which other features read this setting, so treat it as a working-hours record for now.
Can I set the time zone for all my staff at once?
Time Zone is a per-user field under Settings > Account, so each staff member sets their own. As a domain admin you can set the default for new mailboxes. See Set default settings for every new mailbox.
